Overview
The 2025 Kluz Prize for PeaceTech was awarded to Common Space, for catalyzing the world's first independent, community-tasked satellite mission dedicated to peacebuilding and humanitarian action.
Special distinctions were presented to:
- Anadyr Horizon Inc. for the Use of AI for Peace;
- Humanitarian OpenStreetMap Team (HOT) for the Use of Open Source Technology;
- United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS) for International Organization Advancing Peace.
The 2025 Kluz Prize for PeaceTech was awarded on September 19, 2025, coinciding with the 80th United Nations General Assembly in New York City and leading up to the International Day of Peace. The ceremony recognized innovators harnessing technology to foster a more peaceful future.
